Availability:

• Available every day: Your flight will meet 45 minutes before sunrise. Departures from 4am (*time subject to change depending on sunrise)
• Departure Point: In front of the Ipswich Visitor Information Centre
• After-flight restaurant breakfast is served five minutes from the Information Centre at: Fourth Child Restaurant, 215 Brisbane Street, Ipswich Restaurant customer parking is available either on the street (beware some parking is metered some street parking is free) or off street behind the restaurant
• Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your check-in time. Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer
• After-flight restaurant breakfast component of this tour may not be available on Public Holidays, pending external restaurant supplier opening hours. Customers will be notified prior to flight if this is to occur

Cancellation Policy:

• Individual Passenger Booking (1–3 passengers):
  • Any flight altered or cancelled between 8 and 14 days prior to flight date & time* will incur an A$25 cancellation/alteration fee per person.
  • Any flight altered or cancelled between 72 hours (3 days) and 7 days prior to flight date & time* will incur a rebooking fee of $50.00 per person. This may be charged directly at the time, deducted from your refund, or credit will be held against the re-booking of your flight.
  • Any flight altered or cancelled within 72 hours prior to flight date & time* will forfeit the full fare per person and will not be refunded.
  • Missed flight: If you fail to show up for your flight or do not arrive in time for the flight and you miss your scheduled flight date; the full flight fare (100%) is forfeited and no rebook or refund will be made. You may send someone else in your place if you wish – please provide the name and estimated weight of any replacement person at least 12 hours prior to your flight time
• Group Passenger Booking (4–10 passengers):
  • Any flight altered or cancelled between 8 and 14 days prior to flight date & time* will incur an A$25 cancellation fee per person. This may be charged directly at the time, deducted from your refund, or credit will be held against the re-booking of your flight.
  • Any flight altered or cancelled between 5 and 7 days prior to flight date & time* will incur a rebooking fee of A$50 per person. This may be charged directly at the time, deducted from your refund, or credit will be held against the re-booking of your flight.
  • Any flight altered or cancelled within 5 days prior to flight date & time* will forfeit the full fare per person and will not be refunded.
  • Missed flight: If you or any member of your group, fails to show up for the flight or do not arrive in time for the flight and miss the scheduled flight date; the full flight fare (100%) is forfeited and no rebook or refund will be made. You may send someone else in your place if you wish – please provide the name and estimated weight of any replacement person at least 12 hours prior to your flight time.

Changes to Booking:

• 12 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made

Important:

• Check-in time for tours varies based on the time of sunrise
• Hot air balloon rides are shared, meaning you will likely share your ride with other guests. The hot air balloon baskets accommodate as few as 2–4 passengers, all the way up to 10 guests at a time.
• There are no weight restrictions for any of the tours. At the time of booking the weight of each passenger is collected to ensure proper weights and balances of the hot air balloon. This information helps allocate the appropriate amount of passengers per balloon for everyone’s comfort while ensuring passenger safety.
• Flight time is approximately 60 minutes. Your entire experience will be approximately 3–4 hours
• Drinks and transfers are not included

Terms & Conditions:

• This experience is not suitable for children aged under 6 years old
• A minimum height of 120cm applies for all passengers
• This experience is not suitable for guests who are pregnant, have broken bones, or have had recent surgery at the time of flight
• Passengers must be able to stand for the duration of the flight (approximately 60 minutes)
• Passengers should be able to jump off the second step of a ladder
• Passengers must be in good general health
• A signed waiver of liability is required for all guests flying and/or riding in the vehicles
• Flights are subject to minimum passenger numbers, weather and flying conditions and may be altered or cancelled at the discretion of Floating Images Hot Air Balloon Flights
• Floating Images Hot Air Balloon Flights is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings, injuries, or damages sustained from participation in hot air balloon tours or tethered hot air balloon rides
• If a passenger is 15 or more minutes late to check-in for their hot air balloon tour, Floating Images Hot Air Balloon Flights has the right to cancel the passenger(s) hot air balloon tour and no refund applies

• Maximum purchase limit of ten per person applies
• Bookings for this offer are limited and subject to availability. Not valid with any other offer
• Entire value must be used in one visit; any unused portions will be forfeited, and cannot be used at a later date
