Getting to Melbourne is easy. Regular flights are available with Qantas, Virgin Australia and Jetstar, departing all Australian capital cities.

Flights depart regularly from major gateways including Singapore (approx flight time of 7 hours), Hong Kong (approx flight time of 9 hours), Dubai (approx flight time of 14 hours) and Bangkok (approx flight time of 9 hours).

Airport transfers are not included in your package, please plan accordingly. The hotel is located approximately a 30-minute drive from Melbourne Airport.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for Tour bookings and flights) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 21 days prior to the check-in date.

Feel Like Changing your Dates? No Worries… You can make one (1) change to the date of your booking provided the change is made no less than 45 days before the start of your original booking date and provided you choose dates which are of an equal value and are available. Any change to booking dates is subject to and must be made online in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

Traditional Room – Packages are valid for two adults.

Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is two adults. Extra guests, children and infants cannot be accommodated.

Superior Room, Deluxe Room and Junior Suite – Packages are valid for two adults.

Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is three people. See the ‘Extra Guest Policy’ below:

Extra Guest Policy: An additional guest (aged 18 years and over) may stay for a surcharge of AU$45 per night, sleeping on a rollaway bed with accommodation only. Payable directly to the hotel.

Child Policy: One child (aged 17 years and under) may stay free of charge, sleeping on a rollaway bed with accommodation only. Payable directly to the hotel.

Baby Policy: One baby (aged two years and under) may stay free of charge and will count towards the room capacity. A cot can be provided by the hotel free of charge.

Connecting rooms are available on request, subject to availability.

Dining inclusions do not include beverages (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.

Breakfast credit can only be applied to the ‘Windsor Set Breakfast’.

The Hotel Windsor’s Afternoon Tea and Breakfast require a minimum party size of two guests.

Advance bookings are recommended for The Hotel Windsor’s Afternoon Tea.

Drinks inclusion and restaurant credit must be used during stay while guest is in house.

Valet parking is for one car per package.
