Free cancellation: You can cancel your booking for Luxury Escapes credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your Luxury Escapes credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Please note this does not apply to insurance or flights booked with Luxury Escapes. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Buy Now, Choose Dates Later:  If you want to secure this offer and don’t know when you want to travel please select ‘Buy Now, Choose Dates Later’. This will secure your package and give you the flexibility to choose your travel dates — within the book by and validity period and subject to availability. To select dates post purchase, simply select ‘My Escapes’ under the ‘My Account’ tab and follow the prompts.

Feel Like Changing Your Dates? No Worries… You can make one (1) change to the date of your booking provided the change is made no less than 45 days before the start of your original booking date and provided you choose dates which are of an equal value and are available. Any change to booking dates is subject to and must be made online in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. Change of date not applicable when package is purchased with flights.

All Room Types — Packages are valid for two adults and two children (aged 11 years and under).

Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is two adults and two children OR three adults.

Extra Guest Policy: One additional guest (aged 12 years and over) may stay for a surcharge of THB2,500 per night, sleeping on an existing sofa bed with accommodation, all meals and return transfers only. Payable directly to the hotel.

Child Policy: Up to two children (aged 11 years and under) may stay free of charge, with the first child sleeping on a sofa bed and the second child sharing existing bedding with parents (with the exception of the Pool Villa upgrade, where the second child will sleep on a rollaway bed). Includes accommodation, all meals from the kids’ menu and return transfers only.

Baby Policy: One infant (aged three years and under) may stay free of charge and will count towards the maximum room capacity. A cot can be provided by the hotel free of charge.

Connecting rooms are not available.
