Jeeva Klui Resort is located on Senggigi Beach in Lombok’s west and boasts bars and restaurants, glorious white-sand beaches, and stunning waters perfect for snorkelling and surfing. Meanwhile, Jeeva Beloam Beach Camp (in Lombok’s east) is ideal for oceanfront relaxation, with easy access to the Tanjung Ringgit biking and hiking tracks, and a coral cay right off the beach.

Free cancellation: You can cancel your booking for Luxury Escapes credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your Luxury Escapes credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Please note this does not apply to insurance or flights booked with Luxury Escapes. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings and flights) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date.

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

Covid-19 Related Cancellations: If you can’t travel as a direct result of border closures or Government-imposed travel restrictions that directly impact your booking, Luxury Escapes will do our best to assist you with a date change or provide you with a Luxury Escapes credit towards future travel for any Limited Time Lux Exclusive accommodation, tour or cruise package, less any unrecoverable costs. Additional charges for date changes that result in a higher value will be charged to your account. Credit must be used within 12 months of issue date. After this time bookings are non-refundable except in accordance with our Refund Policy.

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Daily lunch and dinner are based on a set two-course menu at Waroeng Restaurant (Jeeva Klui Resort) and Tenda Restaurant (Jeeva Beloam Beach Camp). Guests can choose from either an entrée and main course or a main course and dessert.
• Roundtrip transfers between Jeeva Klui and Jeeva Beloam must be arranged prior to arrival. Please contact the resort directly.
• Roundtrip airport/harbour transfers: please contact the resort prior to arrival to arrange. Maximum four guests per vehicle.
• Full-Day North Lombok Tour: Tour runs for eight hours. Tour includes transportation, English-speaking driver, mineral water, entrance fee, local guide fee and parking fee. Excludes food and drinks, donations and gratuities. Extra guests will be charged for the tour.
