Hari Raya Nyepi (Silent Day): Please note that Hari Raya Nyepi falls on 17 March 2018 and 7 March 2019 and on this day Bali’s international airport will be closed and resort check-ins and check-outs may be affected. Contact the resort for more information if you plan to arrive or depart on this day.

Please note the pool in the main resort will be closed for maintenance from April 2018, meaning only guests staying in Conrad Suites will have pool access from this time. The Conrad Suites Pool is open to guests aged 12 years and above only.

Surcharge: A non-refundable surcharge per room, per night, applies payable directly to Luxury Escapes at time of booking. DELUXE ROOM

Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is three adults or two adults and two children. See the ‘Extra Guest Policy’ and ‘Child Policy’ below:

Extra Guest Policy: In addition to two adults, one additional guest aged 13 years and above may stay for a surcharge of US$65 per person, per night sleeping on an extra bed with accommodation and all inclusions, payable directly to the hotel.

Child Policy: In addition to two adults, two children aged 12 years and under may stay for a surcharge of US$30 per child per night sleeping on an extra bed with accommodation and all inclusions, payable directly to the hotel. Children aged 12 years and under receive complimentary breakfast, lunch and dinner from the kids’ menu when parents pay to dine at the hotel’s restaurants.

Baby Policy: One baby aged 5 and under may stay free of charge and will not count towards the room capacity. A cot can be provided by the hotel free of charge.

CONRAD SUITES AND POOL VILLAS

Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is four adults. Please note due to the age restrictions on the Conrad Suites Pool, this room type is not suitable for children aged 12 years and below.

Extra Guest Policy: In addition to two adults, two additional guest aged 13 years and above may stay for a surcharge of US$95 per person, per night sleeping on an extra bed with accommodation and all inclusions, payable directly to the hotel.

Please note only Deluxe Rooms connect (subject to availability). Conrad Suites do not connect.
