7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. Compulsory New Year’s Gala Dinner: For stays on 31 December, an additional surcharge of US$375 per adult (12+) and US$187.50 per child (3–11) applies for the compulsory New Year’s Gala dinner. Payable directly to the resort.

Compulsory Christmas Gala Dinner: For stays on 25 December, an additional surcharge of US$250 per adult (12+) and US$125 per child (3–11) applies for the compulsory Christmas Gala dinner. Payable directly to the resort.

• Free-flow drinks are from a select set menu only. Some menu items may be exempt from free-flow.
• Buffet breakfast is available at The Ocean Terrace.
• Lunch is available as a buffet at The Ocean Terrace, three courses at The Skipjack Bar or three tapas per person at Smuggler’s Shack. Children (11 and under) can also dine a la carte at Petit Bistro.
• Dinner is available as a buffet at The Ocean Terrace, three courses at The Skipjack Bar or three tapas per person at Smuggler’s Shack. Alternatively, you have a nightly dining credit of US$40 per adult to spend at Charcoal. Children (11 and under) have US$20 dining credit to spend at Charcoal or Petit Bistro.
• A reservation is required for lunch and dinner at Skipjack Bar.
• Free-flow drinks are available at all onsite dining venues and bars. Drinks include unlimited soft drinks, cocktails, mocktails, selected fresh juices and smoothies, house red, white, rose, sparkling wines by the glass, draught beers and standard spirits.
• Reservations are required for Charcoal and Petit Bistro.
• Petit Bistro is available for children aged 11 and under only.
• Minibar inclusions: All drinks (excluding wine) and snacks. Refilled daily.
• Included resort activities include yoga, blissful breathing, sound healing, fitness classes, tennis and badminton, per resort schedule.
• Roundtrip domestic flights and speedboat transfers: Your roundtrip transfers include an approximate 15-minute domestic flight from Velana International Airport (MLE) and a 25-minute speedboat transfer to the resort. Transfers are available 24 hours. Guests must provide flight details to Avani+ Fares Maldives Resort directly a minimum 7 days prior to arrival. For infants, a lap seat will be provided.
