Note: A government-led project to create a new beach and walkway is scheduled to begin in June 2025 in front of the villa and will continue until completed. At this stage timeline on the end is unclear. While the project is part of an exciting development, please be aware that it may last several months, with the timeline subject to change due to weather or other unforeseen factors. During this period, there may be some noise and activity near the villa.

Damages: A record of the property’s condition may be documented during both arrival and departure. Guests must notify the property immediately of any damages that may occur during their stay.
House Rules: Guests must adhere to all applicable laws and regulations during their stay and ensure the property is left in a clean and orderly condition. Compliance with all house rules, including those related to pets and noise disturbance, is mandatory.

As a tropical island, Bali is home to various exotic creatures, such as geckos and birds, which are harmless and an integral part of daily life. Guests may encounter them during their stay with us.
