7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. • Daily breakfast is served at Park View Restaurant or in the Residence Club Living Room between 6am and 10.30am.
• The included set-menu lunch is redeemable at Black Vinegar Restaurant from 11.30am until 2pm on weekdays.
• Residence Club Living Room benefits include: welcome fruit on arrival, daily breakfast between 6am and 10.30am in the Residence Club Living Room, complimentary coffee, tea and all-day refreshments, evening cocktails from 5.30pm to 8pm, Wi-Fi and wired broadband Internet access, local phone calls, except mobile phone calls, late 4pm checkout with one day’s advance notice (subject to availability), use of conference/meeting area for one hour per day, printing and faxing services in the Business Center for up to 20 pages per day, use of a computer in the Business Center for 30 minutes, pressing service for one suit or one dress per stay.
