7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Update [5 December 2024, 6.45pm AEDT]: The hotel’s child policy has been updated. Guests under 16 are not permitted and cannot be accommodated.

Valid for travel until 30 September 2025 (bookings must be made before 31 July 2025).

Child Policy: Guests under 12 are not permitted and cannot be accommodated.

Compulsory Christmas Eve Gala Dinner: For stays on 24 December 2024, an additional compulsory surcharge of A$55 per person applies for the Christmas Gala dinner.

Compulsory New Year’s Gala Dinner: For stays on 31 December 2024, an additional compulsory surcharge of A$240 per person applies for the New Year’s Gala dinner. Includes a pre-dinner cocktail party, dinner with show and entertainment, free-flow house wine, Chang beer, soft drinks and water, and a selection of cocktails up to 11.45pm, plus a complimentary glass of sparkling wine at midnight, grand fireworks, DJ and beach party until late. Payable directly to the resort. Times and prices are subject to change and availability.

One-Way Transfer Inclusions & Fine Print

• Includes: A one-way private airport transfer, basic/sufficient English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
• You will be emailed an online form to book your date and time within one to two days of purchase. Keep an eye out for an email from luxuryescapes@icstravel.com.
• Rates are per car, one way.
• A three-passenger car can fit three pieces of luggage. A six-passenger car can fit six pieces of luggage.
• Transfers required from midnight to 6am will be charged a supplement of THB350 per vehicle per way.
• One infant seat can be pre-booked free of charge for the first seat. Additional seats will be charged THB210per additional seat required. Guests may bring their own infant seat.
• The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled.

VIP Transfers Upgrade Inclusions & Fine Print

• Includes: Transfer to your hotel in a private car and return private transfer to the airport on departure; basic English-speaking driver; airport parking and toll fee; a bottle of 330ml water per person; meet and escort assistance; porter services; escort and assist with check-in at the airline counter; departure immigration fast-track services; access to Executive Lounge on departure; comfortable seating lounge under the coral style; variety and quality food and drinks.
• Valid for two people.
• You will be emailed an online form to book the date and time of your transfer within two days of purchase. ICS will confirm within 1-3 days.
• Keep an eye out for an email from luxuryescapes@icstravel.com
• Transfers available from 6am to midnight.
• Service operation time is between 6.00am and midnight.
• 12 hours advance booking is required to book the service.
• Limit of two piece of luggage per passenger applies for the porter service. Additional luggage will be charged THB100 per item.
• Lounge can be used for up to 2.5 hours. Extra hours are charged at THB 350 net per hour, per person

LuxPlus+ member discounts and bonus inclusions cannot be converted or exchanged for cash.
