Indigenous Australian Traditional Weaving Workshop with First Nations Guides
Join the Southern Elders Weaving Group at the Living Kaurna Cultural Centre to learn the traditional skills and techniques of weaving. Used to create baskets, jewellery and nets, weaving is a deeply significant practice passed through generations. This hands-on experience fosters cultural understanding, guided by Elders who generously share their knowledge, skills and stories. Suitable for all ages, it’s a chance to respectfully engage with First Nations culture and appreciate the artistry and meaning woven into everyday life.

- Valid for one adult (16+) or one child (0–15)
- 90-minute First Nations guided weaving workshop with Traditional Owners
- Available Monday – Friday: 9am, 11am, 1pm and 3pm sessions
- Living Kaurna Cultural Centre, Sturt Road, Bedford Park

- This experience is available on request, availability will be confirmed with you as soon as possible after booking
- If your selected time slot is unavailable, alternative options will be provided. If you are unable to attend an alternative time, a full refund will be issued
- This experience operates for groups of 6–30, if minimum numbers are not met, the workshop may take place pending a minimum payment
