Things don’t always work out, so enjoy peace of mind knowing that the following cancellation options are available to you.

• Up to 2 days before your chosen date - 100%
• Up to 7 days after purchase - 100% Cancellations made more than 48 hours before departure date: no cancellation fees apply

Cancellations within 48 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to Booking:

48 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made

Availability:

• Available hours: Daily at 9am or 12pm (meet at assigned location)
• Please advise 24 hours prior to your surf lesson if you wish to meet at the surfing location by calling 1300 499 617
• Meeting point will be text messaged the afternoon before your booked session. Morning classes (9am session) meet at assigned location no later than 8.30am. Afternoon classes (12pm session) meet at assigned location no later than 12pm

Important:

• For your morning surf lesson please meet at the Tallebudgera surf club at 8.30am. For your afternoon surf lesson please meet at the Tallebudgera surf club at 12pm. Please advise 24 hours prior to your surf lesson if you wish to meet at the surfing location by calling 1300 499 617
• Please note: Australian Surfing Adventures is licensed at a number of surfing locations and will pick the best beach for learning to surf depending on conditions on the day

Terms & Conditions:

• Maximum 25 people per group class
• All participants must sign a waiver form
• Minimum four guests required for class to proceed on any given day
• Must bring own swimsuit and towel as these will not be supplied
• If the experience is cancelled due to adverse weather conditions or for technical reasons, merchant will offer an alternative date
