• Please ensure you are at the meeting location 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer

Important:

• Hotel transfers, food and drinks are not included. Any additional personal expenses must be paid directly to the vendor(s)
• Please allow up to 1.5 hours for this experience

Terms & Conditions:

• The maximum weight for this activity is 120kg. The maximum harness circumference is 47 inches
• The minimum age for Twilight abseiling is 12 years old. Children aged 12–16 must be accompanied by an adult
• Before participating in any Riverlife activity, all participants must sign a Riverlife Indemnity Agreement Form personally or by an Agent or Guardian if the participant is under the age of 18 years
• Riverlife may cancel an activity during periods of heavy rain or adverse weather conditions. On the rare occasion Riverlife needs to cancel a scheduled adventure, a new booking will be made or a voucher issued at no cost. Please assume that your tour is going ahead unless you hear otherwise
• By booking a tour or equipment hire, you agree to pay for any damage to equipment above expected wear and tear. This includes any property stolen or lost while in your possession
• No alcohol is to be consumed prior to any Riverlife Adventure Booking

Cancellations:

• This offer is non-refundable once purchased

Changes to Booking:

• Bookings can be rescheduled for a fee of $12.50 per person provided at least 48 hours’ notice is given before your activity
• If between 24–48 hours’ notice has been given, this fee will increase to 20% of the activity’s cost per person
• If less than 24 hours’ notice has been given, there will be no opportunity to reschedule the booking

• Bookings for this offer are limited and subject to availability. Not valid with any other offer
• Entire value must be used in one visit; any unused portions will be forfeited, and cannot be used at a later date
