Things don’t always work out, so enjoy peace of mind knowing that the following cancellation options are available to you.

• Up to 2 days before your chosen date - 100%
• Up to 7 days after purchase - 100%
• Six or more guests cancellations recieved with more than 7 days notice – no cancellation fee applies
• Five guests or less and cancelled with more than 48 hours’ notice – no cancellation fee applies
• For experiences and charters not cancelled within these time frames (above) – 100% cancellation fee applies and no refunds are given

Important:

• Privacy is not guaranteed on any experience. Private experiences can be requested and extra fees may apply
• For all services, a total baggage weight restriction of 15 kg applies
• Excess baggage may incur extra fees. Excess baggage availability is not guaranteed. Up to 4 kg of carry-on items can be carried on board per passenger on experiences and scenic flights
• Any excess amount must be paid directly to Par Avion
• They do not guarantee specific seats in aircraft, including window seats, on any experience or scenic flight. Passengers must sit in seats as directed by the flight crew
• Infants are classified as being aged 0 to 2. One infant may travel free of charge on a parent’s lap in the rear of the aircraft – at Par Avion’s discretion. There are limits on how many infants can be carried per aircraft

Terms & Conditions:

• Flights, experiences, ground and boat tours are subject to changeable weather conditions enroute, including tidal, sea state, prevailing winds, air traffic control, unscheduled maintenance, or closure of infrastructure by private or government parties and/or other influences outside of our control. In the event of inclement weather or if we are unable to operate the tour or transfer for any reason, Par Avion will, subject to availability, ensure that guests are offered an alternative destination and/or transferred on the next available day/time window in which the transfer or tour can proceed safely
• Par Avion will not be held liable for any costs of customers associated with their travel, accommodation or any other matter due to any flight on any aircraft-type which does not proceed as booked or confirmed
• All experiences have a specified minimum number of passengers. Par Avion reserve the right to cancel a flight or experience, or re-schedule a booked flight/experience when minimum passenger numbers are not met
• All flights and flight paths are subject to prevailing weather, tidal conditions and availability; therefore itineraries and the aircraft used are subject to change without notice
• Par Avion do not guarantee specific seats in aircraft, including window seats, on any experience or scenic flight. Passengers must sit in seats as directed by the flight crew
