• Departure Point: Departing Eastern Pontoon, Circular Quay. The pontoon is located outside Searock Grill restaurant. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to scheduled departure time for boarding

• If you are unsure if you get seasick then prevention is best. It is recommended you seek some easily available over-the-counter remedy from a pharmacy or medical professional

Cancellations:

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations made within 24 to 48 hours of departure: 50% cancellation fee applies
• Cancellations within 24 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to Booking:

• 48 hours notice is required to change a booking you have made
