Signature Seafood and Grill Buffet Dinner at JW Marriott's Critique Restaurant Gold Coast
Set inside the JW Marriott Gold Coast Resort & Spa in Surfers Paradise, Citrique is the resort’s signature restaurant — and Friday and Saturday evenings are when the kitchen pulls out all the stops with its Signature Seafood & Grill Buffet. Executive chef Paul Smart leads the two chef-hatted restaurant, and the buffet showcases modern Australian cooking at its best: fresh oysters, prawns, mussels and a rotating seafood selection alongside grilled premium meats, salad and sides drawn from the resort’s own JW Garden, and a generous dessert station to finish. The setting is contemporary and relaxed, with floor-to-ceiling windows opening onto the gardens — equally at home for a date night, a family celebration or a long catch-up with friends.

- Valid for the Signature Seafood & Grill Buffet on Friday or Saturday evening only, 5:30pm to 9:30pm.

- Infants under 5 dine free at the table — please advise the venue at the time of booking.
- Any additional personal expenses must be paid directly to Citrique Restaurant.
- Dietary requirements can be accommodated with minimum 48 hours’ prior notice. Please advise at the time of booking.

- On-site parking is available at the resort (A$5 per hour, A$24 per day) and is payable directly to the venue.
Terms & Conditions
- Must be aged 18+ for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request. Citrique Restaurant abides by the RSA regulations and has the right to enforce them.
- Maximum sitting time per booking is 2 hours.
- Offer cannot be combined with other table bookings, discounts or promotional offers.
- For multi-person packages, all guests must dine together in a single sitting.
- Public holiday surcharges may apply and will be payable directly to Citrique Restaurant.
Changes to Booking
- Date and time changes can be requested up to 24 hours before your scheduled booking, subject to availability. Changes made within 24 hours of the booking cannot be guaranteed.
