• Pick-Up Point: Selected Rotorua hotels. Please advise of accommodation location at time of booking
• Please arrive at your departure point 15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time. Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer
• Drop-Off Point: Drop off at inner city Auckland hotels. Please advise of accommodation location at time of booking

Important:

• This is a one-way tour and finishes in Auckland
• Please note, the Hobbiton movie set is undergoing development work from April to November 2023. Tours will continue as normal throughout this period but will take an alternate route around the construction zone and guests will be able to get a special glimpse of the project as it unfolds
• As this is a one-way tour, Bush and Beach anticipates that all clients will be travelling with luggage and all vehicles allow for this
• Child rate applies for children aged 5–14. Children aged 4 and under are considered to be infants and are free of charge but are still required to be listed when booking
• Please allow up to eight hours for this experience
