Availability:

• Available every day: Departs 6.30am; returns 4.30pm (approximately)
• Pick-Up/Drop-Off Point: Return transfers available from most Queenstown accommodations. Please advise of accommodation location at time of booking. Complimentary pick-ups start 45 minutes prior to departure
• Please ensure you are at your pick-up location no later than the scheduled departure time. Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer
• Departure Point: 3 Tex Smith Lane, Frankton 9300, Queenstown
• For self-driving customers, please arrive at the departure location at least 30 minutes prior to scheduled departure time for check in
• Valid for the flight path selected at the time of purchase – please make your selection carefully

• Air Milford recommends booking for your first available day in Queenstown due to the weather-dependent nature of flying. Should the weather be unfavourable on the day, you will have maximum flexibility to roll your experience on to another day during your stay
• All tours are subject to availability and weather. All passengers must receive a safety briefing prior to departure
• Please note that this is an overflight and does not include a landing
• Passengers aged 2+ are legally required to occupy their own seat and are therefore required to pay full ticket price
• Subject to conditions, children under 2 may travel free of charge when seated on a parent’s/guardian’s lap. For bookings of more than one infant (0–1), please contact Air Milford as aviation conditions apply
• Please note, ticket includes reserved seating on the nature cruise
• Picnic lunch includes a sandwich with meat and salad, cheese and crackers, seasonal fresh fruit, crisps, a cookie and a small chocolate bar. Please note, lunch option does not include a drink
• Set menu restrictions apply. Any additional personal expenses must be paid directly to the vendor(s)
• Please notify at the time of booking of any dietary requirements and menu preference
• Please allow up to ten hours for the coach transfer from Queenstown to Milford Sound, including stops

Cancellations:

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to departure time: no cancellation fee
• Cancellations made between 24 hours and 48 hours prior to departure time: 10% cancellation fee applies
• Cancellations made within 24 hours prior to departure time and no shows: 100% cancellation fee applies
• Air Milford reserves the right to apply discretion in special circumstances

Changes to bookings:

• 48 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made

Terms & Conditions:

• Flights are subject to weather conditions and minimum numbers to proceed. In the event of a cancellation by Air Milford the team will work to reschedule your flight. Air Milford reserves the right to amend tour times or cancel trips at any time due to inclement weather, safety concerns, maintenance requirements, or any other reason.
• A fuel surcharge may apply to the ticket price. In such cases, any charge will be collected on departure, payable directly to Air Milford. No fuel surcharge is presently applicable
• Tours and aircraft substitutions are subject to management and/or pilot discretion, weather, air-traffic control and availability. In the event of bad weather, providing there is availability, date changes are welcome or in the worst-case scenario, cancellations
• All passengers are to conduct themselves in a manner that does not endanger any person, damage any property on board the aircraft or obstruct the crew or pilot from performing their duties. Passengers are required to comply with any instructions given by the pilot.
• Air Milford will not be liable for any loss, damage, additional expenses or inconvenience arising from, or incidental to, any delay in service. Air Milford works in conjunction with other tour operators and is not liable for their acts or omissions, whether negligent or otherwise. Travel and admissions will be subject to the conditions imposed by the operators, which may limit or exclude liability for personal injury or property damage
