- All flights are subject to availability and weather. All passengers must receive a safety briefing prior to departure
- Rates are on a per seat basis. Infants who can sit on a caregiver’s knee (weight dependant) may travel free of charge; all other children are standard rates. Please advise of all passenger details at time of booking
- Transfers are not included but can be arranged directly with Over The Top from most Queenstown accommodations (fees may apply)

- Group Booking: Rate listed is per person with a minimum requirement of three people or more to book. Failure to satisfy minimum booking numbers will void your reservation and fees may apply

- Tours and aircraft substitutions are subject to Management and/or pilot discretion, weather, air traffic control and availability. In the event of bad weather, providing there is availability, date changes are welcome or in the worst-case scenario, cancellations
- All passengers’ weights must be advised at the time of booking. The Civil Aviation Authority has a standard per person weight of 83 kilograms (180 lbs). Passengers of greater weights can be carried as long as the total passenger weight remains within the aircraft’s limitations
- Reservations are held only when weights are received and full passenger details provided
- Over The Top will not be liable for any loss, damage, additional expenses or inconvenience arising from, or incidental to, any delay in service. Over The Top works in conjunction with other tour operators and is not liable for their acts or omissions, whether negligent or otherwise. Travel and admissions will be subject to the conditions imposed by the operators, which may limit or exclude liability for personal injury or property damage
- In the event of bad weather, providing there is availability, date changes are welcome or in the worst-case scenario, cancellations. If you are unable to fly due to poor weather, you will be given the option of an alternative flight or full refund
- Minimum passenger numbers apply for flights to proceed. If a flights fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the experience may be cancelled or rescheduled
- Due to uneven surfaces, most tours are not recommended for those with walking disabilities or using a wheelchair
