Cancellations:
- Cancellations made before 12pm (midday) on the day prior to travel: no cancellation fee applies
- Cancellations made between 12pm (midday) and 6pm on the day prior to travel: a 50% cancellation fee applies
- Cancellations made after 6pm on the day prior to travel, late arrivals and no shows: a 100% cancellation fee applies
Changes to Booking:
- 24 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made
