• Driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. Delays exceeding one hour will result in the cancellation of your transfer booking and no refunds will be provided
• Transfer is not confirmed until you have provided the above information in How to Redeem to the provider at least 48 hours in advance of flight arrival
