• Not valid: Good Friday (29 March), Christmas Day (25 December), Boxing Day (26 December) & New Years Day (1 January)
• Bookings valid to 31 March 2025
• Pick-Up/Drop-Off Point: Return transfers available from Melbourne City Grand Hyatt, 123 Collins St
• Please ensure you are at your pick-up location no later than the scheduled departure time. Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer

Important:

• Any entry fees to destinations on the itinerary are at own expense
• Food, drinks and tastings are not included. Any additional personal expenses must be paid directly to venue(s) visited. It is highly recommended to book in advance directly with preferred venues for tasting sessions

• Please note that all participants of this experience must be 18+ and carry valid photo ID
• Venues listed on itinerary are subject to availability
• Maximum group size per booking is six people

Cancellations:

• To be eligible for a full refund, cancellations need to be received at least 48 hours in advance. Reschedules are possible if available. Request for cancellations must be sent to contact@hopit.com.au
• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 48 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to Booking:

• 48 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made
