• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before tour departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 24 hours of tour departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Availability:

• Available every day in season: Departs: 8am; returns 10am (approximately) or Departs: 10.45am; returns: 12.45pm (approximately) or Departs: 1.30pm; returns: 3.30pm (approximately)
• Not valid: Christmas Day and New Years Day
• Departure Point: Maalaea General Store – 132 Maalaea Road, Wailuku HI
• Please check in at least 30 minutes prior to your cruise departure time. Boarding commences 15 minutes prior to cruise departure time
• During busy periods such as school holidays and weekends, please allow extra time for parking at your departure location

Important:

• Maximum passenger capacity for vessel is six guests
• Purchase all six seats to make the tour a private charter (includes soft drink, juice and water)
• Bookings are limited and subject to availability. Please book early to avoid disappointment
• Food, drink and transfers are not included in this tour. Guests are welcome to bring their own food and drinks on board
• Please allow up to three hours for this experience
• Private trips may be extended from US$780 per additional hour. Any excess amount must be paid directly to Hawaii Nautical
• This tour travels into open waters, which may be choppy at times; taking motion sickness tablets is recommended

• Wildlife sightings are guaranteed. In the event you do not see whales, you are invited to travel again for free on a trip of the same or lesser value from Maui, Big Island or Oahu OR apply the value of your ticket to upgrade to any Hawaii Nautical trip. Wildlife guarantee is valid for a one-time re-ride only. No refunds will be given
• Cruises are minimum number and weather dependent and may be cancelled at the discretion of Hawaii Nautical. Participants will be informed within a reasonable timeframe of a cancellation with the option of a transfer or refund
• Cruise dates and times may be changed or cancelled due to weather and passenger numbers
• Vessel is subject to change depending on availability
• Late arrivals and no-shows void offer
