• Available seasonally from June – November:
  • Thursday – Monday: 8.30am boarding. Strict departure at 9am sharp; returns 11.30am
  • Saturday & Sunday: 1pm boarding (strict departure at 1.30pm sharp), returns 4pm
• Not valid: Blackout dates apply from 1 November 2024 to 7 January 2025 and 1 November 2025 to 7 January 2026
• Bookings valid to 27 October 2024
• Departure point: 60-70 SeaWorld Drive, Mariners Cove, Main Beach
• Boattime Yacht Charters reserves the right to release your booking if you do not check in 30 minutes before tour departure. Late arrivals and no shows void offer

Important:

• Exclusions: Food, drinks and hotel transfers
• Whale-watching is a seasonal activity and is not available year-round
• Seasickness pills are most effective if taken at least half an hour prior to your cruise. Preventatives are not available onboard so please plan accordingly
• Child ticket is valid for ages 3–13 only. Children must have parental supervision at all times. Infants aged under 3 can travel free of charge; must advise at time of booking
• No step-free access is available on the boat

Terms & Conditions:

• Maximum of 135 people per cruise
• In unlikely event that no whales are sighted, a free return cruise will be given; no refunds are applicable. In the event you are unable to reschedule your complimentary return cruise, you are permitted to transfer your complimentary cruise into the name of a family member or friend
• Cruises are weather dependent and may be cancelled at the discretion of Boattime Yacht Charters for passenger and crew safety. Boattime Yacht Charters reserves the right to cancel any cruise at any time and will notify all passengers by email and SMS. It is the passenger’s responsibility to ensure that their contact details are accurate
• If your cruise is cancelled due to unsuitable weather, Boattime Yacht Charters will contact you to advise the next suitable date, refunds will not be provided. In the event you are unable to reschedule your cruise that has been cancelled due to inclement weather, you will be entitled to a full refund
• Boattime Yacht Charters reserves the right to substitute another boat of a similar quality if ‘Sun Goddess’ is unavailable for any reason
• Must be aged 18+ for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request. All vessels abide by the RSA regulations and have the right to enforce them
