Important:

• Live-guided Spanish language tours are available on selected Saturdays by request. Availability is subject to minimum numbers and may change without notice
• Please note, the Leeds Castle multimedia guide is not included in your ticket
• Important: From October 2025 to April 2026, essential stonework will be carried out on the front and west sides of Leeds Castle, with scaffolding in place. Visits and tours will continue as normal, though some exterior views may be affected.
• All vehicles are fully sanitised before the start of each tour. Hand sanitiser, antiviral sprays and wipes are available onboard throughout the day
• Guests will be provided with personal audio headsets so distancing can be maintained when listening to commentary
• Guests are encouraged to bring e-tickets on their smart devices, and contactless payments only
• Hotel pick-up or drop-off is not included in this tour
• Meals and drinks are not included. Any additional personal expenses must be paid directly to vendor(s)

• Senior rates valid for guests aged 60+
• Students will be required to show a valid student ID card upon arrival
• Child rate applies for children aged 3–16. Children aged 2 and under are considered to be infants and are free of charge but are still required to be listed when booking
• Evan Evans Tours coach, small group and walking tours operate based on a minimum number of passengers. Evan Evans reserves the right to alter departures as required. If a departure is cancelled based on minimum numbers not being met, guests will be offered the following service recovery options: (i) To travel on a different tour of equivalent value on the original requested date; (ii) To travel on their chosen tour on the next available date or (iii) A full refund
• Please note the service recovery options stated above are final and no additional compensation of any kind will be paid to the guest or trade partner with whom the original booking was placed regardless of whether the guest chooses one of the service recovery options.
• If departures are cancelled due to a Force Majeure event, in cases where payment has already been charged by Evan Evans, a future travel credit voucher may also be offered, allowing guests to choose a future travel date in accordance with their re-planned trip dates. Details of redemption dates would be communicated at the time along with full details on how to redeem the future travel credit voucher
