• Please note: Busiest periods at the London Eye and Madame Tussauds are between 12 noon and 3pm so it is advisable to visit at a different time
• Tickets are allocated on a first come, first served basis
• Food, drink and transportation are not included in this experience
• Madame Tussauds London will not admit guests with suitcases
• No food or drink is permitted in the SEA LIFE London Aquarium

• Children under the age of 5 are not permitted inside the London Dungeon. All other attractions allow children under the age of 5.
• Children under 2 are free, however the number of infants need to be noted at the time of booking. Maximum 3 free infants per booking allowed
• A full refund can only be given if tickets are cancelled at least 72 hours prior to your first entry time and date. Partial refunds are not possible
• All guests under 16 must be accompanied by an adult (18+)
• Re-entry is not permitted on the attractions
