Selected days

Availability:

• Available selected days: 10am–4pm (approximately). Actual departure time varies according to pick-up location
• Pick-Up/Drop-Off Point: Please select your preferred pick-up point from the list of locations. Return transfers are available from most Melbourne CBD hotels and hostels. Please note that drop-offs are not available at St Kilda, Southbank and surrounding suburbs
• Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your departure time and be waiting outside your designated pick-up location. Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer

Important:

• Pick-up time might vary due to traffic conditions. If your bus has not arrived within 10 minutes of pick-up time, please contact Around and About directly
• At least four passengers are required for the tour to proceed
• Food and drinks are not included. Any additional purchases or personal expenses are payable directly to venue(s)
• If any of your group is under 18 years of age, Around and About requires their name and age. Please email this to info@aroundandabout.com.au
• Seat belts must be worn while travelling in the vehicle and all passengers, including children, need to have a seat (infant seats available on request)

Terms & Conditions:

• Rates are per person. Minimum four people required to book
• Minimum numbers apply for tour to proceed. If a tour fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the trip may be cancelled or rescheduled
• Tour itineraries, routes and stops may change or be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, road hazards or mechanical issues
• All activities are done at own risk; Around and About does not take responsibility for any injuries sustained whilst on tour
• Around and About does not take responsibility for the loss or damage of any personal property

Cancellations:

• Cancellations made up to 21 days before departure date: a cancellation fee of 10% applies
• Cancellations made between 21 and 7 days before departure date: a cancellation fee of 25% applies
• Cancellations within 7 days of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to Booking:

• 7 days’ notice is required to change a booking you have made, subject to availability
