• Available every day: Departs Surfers Paradise hourly from 9.15am to 4.15pm & returns from HOTA hourly from 10.57am to 5.57pm
• Check-in point: Check-in at the Hopo Kiosk located in Appel Park, at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time.
• Departure/return point: Surfers Paradise Ferry Wharf, Appel Park, 10 Ferny Avenue, Surfers Paradise.
• Please ensure you are at your check-in point 15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time. Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer

Important:

• Exclusions: Meals and drinks not mentioned in the inclusions and hotel transfers
• Any additional personal expenses must be paid directly to vendor(s)
• All children under 18 must be accompanied and supervised by a paying parent/adult guardian (18+)
• The Exhibitionist Bar is open Monday to Tuesday (10am—4pm), Wednesday to Saturday (10am—10pm) and Sunday (9am—4pm)
• HOTA Café is open Monday to Thursday (8.30am—3.30pm), Friday (8.30am—8pm), Saturday (9am—8pm) and Sunday (7.30am—3.30pm)

Terms & Conditions:

• No bookings are required. Seats onboard Hopo are available on a first-come, first-served basis. It is recommended to arrive early to avoid disappointment.
• A tour voucher will be provided at the time of booking.
• Upon check-in at the Hopo Kiosk, you will receive your AU$30 drinks and dining voucher, which can be redeemed at The Exhibitionist Bar or HOTA Café at HOTA, Home of the Arts.
• If The Exhibitionist Bar is unavailable (e.g., closed for a private function), the voucher can only be redeemed at the HOTA Café.
• Present your drinks and dining voucher upon entry to The Exhibitionist Bar or HOTA Café to redeem your offer.
• Digital vouchers are accepted and can be presented on your mobile device at the Hopo Kiosk.
• Hopo ferries and all piers are wheelchair accessible and equipped with ramps and wheelchair-friendly areas

Cancellation Policy:

• This experience is non-refundable and non-transferable

Changes to Booking:

24 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made
