• Up to 7 days after purchase (and at least 2 days before your chosen date) - 100%
• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before experience date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 48 hours of experience date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

• Guests aged 13+ must book the Sparkling Couture High Tea package. For guests aged 13–17, a mocktail will be substituted for wine
