• From 1 day before your chosen date, onwards - Non-refundable

• Up to 7 days after purchase (and at least 1 day before your chosen date) - 100% Cancellations

• Groups of 10 or more: Cancellations are available without penalty up to 72 hours before departure. Cancellations made within 72 hours of a booked tour and no shows will not be refunded

• Groups of less than 10: Cancellations are available without penalty up to 24 hours before departure. Cancellations made within 24 hours of a booked tour and no shows will not be refunded

Changes to Booking

24 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made. For groups of 10 or more, 72 hours’ notice is required

• Paid parking is available nearby at Bruce Bishop, Circle on Cavill, Chevron Renaissance, and Cypress Avenue car parks (own expense)
