Guided by their in-house wine expert, take a seat in a heritage listed museum space and be treated to a flavourful selection of premium wines, including an exclusive three generous tastings drawn directly from the barrel. Paired with tastings is a carefully selected sample of cheeses produced by local producers – all enjoyed with the backdrop of the beautiful rolling hills of the Hunter Valley region.

No cancellation fees are charged if more than 24 hours’ notice is given prior to booked experience date
Cancellations within 24 hours’ of booked experience, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% of the experience price will be charged and no refunds applicable

24 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made
