• After you have made your booking request, you will automatically receive confirmation of your requested date to your nominated email address. Please note this is not your ticket.
• Tickets for all guests are available on a first-come-first-served basis. Tickets are subject to availability. Please note that popular upgrades such as cabanas and poolside daybeds sell-out in advance and are subject to availabiliy.
• Luxury Escapes will confirm your booking and issue your ticket within one day following receipt of traveller details
• Tickets will be issued for the date selected upon purchase, please select your date carefully, exchanges and refunds are not available

  • Guests must have current Full or Half-Day Pass to purchase and access add-on upgrades
  • All guests using Poolside Day Bed add-on must hold valid Full or Half-Day Pass
  • All guests using Beachside Cabana must hold a valid Full Day Pass
  • Minimum and maximum guest numbers apply for cabana add-ons. Failure to satisfy minimum booking numbers will void your reservation and fees may apply
  • There are limited Poolside Day Beds and Beachside Cabanas available so book ahead
  • Availability of add-ons strictly depends on what is available at the time when the booking is confirmed
  • UPDATE 12/09/25: Grand Cabana removed from offer
• Malamala Returnee Pass: Returnee rate is valid for guests who have already purchased a day pass. This enables guests to return again within 7 days from the original travel date at a reduced returnee rate. Guests will be asked to present their original Full Day Pass at check-in for validation. They may return as many times as they wish within the 7 days by paying the reduced returnee rate each time
• All dates are on request and will be confirmed by South Sea Cruises
• Outside food and beverages are not allowed to be brought on to or consumed on the island
• All courtesy coach transfers must be pre-booked
• Should guests miss the courtesy coach transfers, they will need to find their own way to/from Port Denarau at their own cost. Please refer to the South Sea Cruises website (under Resort Connections) for the coach timetables

Terms & Conditions:

• At times, Malamala Beach Club may be closed for Charters
• Must be aged 21+ for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request
• Prices are on a per-person basis and include 15% Value Added Tax (VAT). If any amendments are made by the Fiji Government to the VAT and/or ECAL (and/or any new taxes) during this contract period, South Sea Cruises reserves the right to reissue the Rate Agreement in line with the official government policy to reflect any such changes
• All cruises are subject to sea and weather conditions, particularly in the interest of passenger and crew safety. If weather and sea conditions become unfavourable South Sea Cruises reserves the right to offload customers to another South Sea Cruises vessel for their comfort and safety as opposed to completing the day aboard the scheduled service
• South Sea Cruises reserves the right to cancel departures, arrange alternative transport, and/or vary schedules, itineraries, and services if necessary

Cancellations:

Changes to Booking:

• Changes to booking cannot be accommodated
