  • After you have made your booking request, you will automatically receive confirmation of your requested date to your nominated email address. Please note this is not your ticket.
    • Tickets for all guests are available on a first-come-first-served basis. Tickets are subject to availability
    • Luxury Escapes will email your tickets within five days of purchase, this ticket must be presented to South Sea Cruises
    • Tickets will be issued for the date selected upon purchase, please select your date carefully, exchanges and refunds are not available
    • To finalise your booking, please email the following to experiences@luxuryescapes.com: Full names, ages (children and infants), date required, lead passenger phone number and pick-up hotel details

Availability:

• Available every day: Departing at 12.15pm and returning at 6pm
• Not valid: 24 March 2025, further blockout dates may apply
• All dates are on request and will be confirmed by South Sea Cruises
• Pick-Up/Drop-Off Points: Vehicle transfers are available for selected most Nadi, Wailoaloa, and Denarau hotels and resorts. All courtesy coach transfers must be pre-booked at least 7 days in advance
• Should guests miss the courtesy coach transfers, they will need to find their own way to/from Port Denarau at their own cost. Please refer to the South Sea Cruises website (under Resort Connections) for the coach timetables

Important:

• Infants aged 0–4 may attend for free but their names and ages must be listed at time of booking
• Family rates are valid for up to two adults and up to three children aged 5–15 inclusive
• Malamala Beach Club may be closed, subject to availability. Refunds do not apply if club is not available on tour date
• Outside food and drinks are not allowed to be brought on to or consumed on the island

Terms and Conditions:

• With the exception of South Sea Island, infant meals are NOT included on any day cruises and are payable directly to the resort by the customers before departing the island
• Prices are on a per-person basis and include 15% Value Added Tax (VAT). If any amendments are made by the Fiji Government to the VAT and/or ECAL (and/or any new taxes) during this contract period, South Sea Cruises reserves the right to reissue the Rate Agreement in line with the official government policy to reflect any such changes
• All cruises are subject to sea and weather conditions, particularly in the interest of passenger and crew safety. If weather and sea conditions become unfavourable South Sea Cruises reserves the right to offload customers to another South Sea Cruises vessel for their comfort and safety as opposed to completing the day aboard the scheduled service
• This cruise is not available from Coral Coast, Natadola & Marni Bay
• South Sea Cruises reserves the right to alter prices, apply a fuel surcharge, cancel departures, arrange alternative transport, and vary itineraries and services if necessary

• Entire value must be used in one visit; any unused portions will be forfeited, and cannot be used at a later date
