• Available every day: Sessions at 9.30am, 12.30pm, or 4pm; ends at 11am, 2pm or 5.30pm (approximately)

• Meeting point: 839 Hanmer Springs Road, just past the turnoff towards Hanmer Springs from State Highway 7 and before the Waiau Ferry Bridge. There is a large carpark with plenty of parking for cars, campervans, and coaches
• Pick-up/Drop-off point: Return shared transfers available on request from selected accommodation in Hanmer Springs. Please contact Hanmer Springs Attraction at least 24 hours before departure date via phone at 0800 661 538 to book
• Guests must arrive 20 minutes prior to the scheduled activity time. Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer
• Bookings valid to 28 February 2026

• Exclusions: Food and drinks. Transfers are available on request only and must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance
• Please allow up to 1.5 hours for this experience, including safety briefing and travel time
• Guests must be aged 10+ to be eligible for this experience and fit safety equipment
• Minimum weight of guests should be 35kg. Maximum weight of 200kg applies
