• Available every day: 10am–1.30pm OR 1.30pm–5pm (approximately). Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the tour start time
• Bookings valid to 1 July 2025
• Meeting point: This tour meets at 6075 Niagara River Parkway, 6075 Niagara River Pkwy, Niagara Falls, CA. Look for your guide in the garden across from the main steps. Your guide will be wearing a yellow vest, holding a green Walks sign. See Google Maps link here. Please don’t go directly to the boat or go down the elevator without your guide
• End point: Table Rock Vistor Center, 6650 Niagara Pkwy, Niagara Falls, Ontario, Canada
• Please ensure you are at the meeting location 15 minutes prior to departure. Late arrivals and no-shows will not be refunded
• Please note: Parking is limited in Niagara Falls and lots often fill up by midday. It is suggested to take an Uber or taxi to the meeting point. However, there are a number of paid parking lots in the area as well, the closest being on Hiram Street

• Exclusions: Hotel transfers, food, drinks are not included. Gratuities (for your guide) are not included, but always appreciated
• Please allow up to 3 hours for this experience, including travel time
• This tour is conducted in English only
• This is a walking tour. Guests should be able to walk at a moderate pace without difficulty and wear appropriate footwear for uneven surfaces
• Accessibility: Unfortunately due to the nature of this tour, it is not wheelchair/stroller accessible
• Tours run rain or shine. Ponchos are available on City Cruises Boat and Journey Behind the Falls. You will get close to the waterfall. Be prepared to get wet
• There is limited restroom availability, please go prior to your tour and ensure you are ready for the tour when you arrive at the meeting point
