• Up to 7 days after purchase - 100%
• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 24 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

• On arrival, proceed to the Exemplar Transfer Desk in either the Domestic or International terminal as relevant. Staff will advise where to join your driver and vehicle
• Valid for the transfer location selected at the time of purchase only — please make your selection carefully

Important:

• Valid for one-way transfers to or from Cairns Airport (CNS) only, as selected. If you need a return transfer, please purchase a departure transfer
• Additional stops or reroutings cannot be accommodated with your booking
• This is a shared transfer, meaning you will share your ride with other guests

Terms & Conditions:

• Rates are per vehicle and are valid for one-way OR return transfers, as selected at time of booking
• Valid for one-way transfer to/from Cairns Airport (CNS) only, as selected. If you need a return transfer, please purchase a departure transfer
• Child rate applies for children aged 2–11. Children aged 2 and under are considered to be infants and are free of charge
• Please note, Exemplar Coaches and Limousines can only advise pick-up times. Responsibility ultimately rests with guests in establishing a pick-up time that best meets your requirements and which guards against unforeseen circumstances; the majority of which are beyond Exemplar’s control. It is strongly suggested that your travel insurance covers your transfers
• Coaches do not carry child restraints and seat belts. Queensland Transportation regulations preclude them from being fitted
• Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer and no refund is applicable. If there are changes to your flights, please advise ahead of time with as much notice as possible
