• After you have made your booking request, a confirmation email and travel details will be automatically sent to you within 7 days of your nominated travel date.

• Up to 1 day before your chosen date - 100%

• Up to 7 days after purchase - 100% Cancellations

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before departure date: no cancellation fees apply

• Cancellations within 24 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to Booking

• For your transfer to be finalised you will are required to complete your transfer information including passengers, flight information, child seat requirements and pieces of luggage. Your transfer information can be accessed via your booking in your account.

Terms & Conditions:

• Maximum of six people can book a van for the transfers
• Transfers can accommodate up to three luggage pieces or suitcases (sedan) or six luggage pieces or suitcases (van) per vehicle. Fees may apply for excess baggage
• The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. Delays exceeding one hour will result in the cancellation of your transfer booking and no refunds will be provided
