• Pick-Up Point: Selected inner city Auckland hotels. Please advise of accommodation location at time of booking
• Please arrive at your departure point 15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time. Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer
• Drop-Off Point: Selected Rotorua hotels. Please advise of accommodation location at time of booking

Important:

• This is a one-way tour and finishes in Rotorua
• Please note, the Hobbiton movie set is undergoing development work from April to November 2023. Tours will continue as normal throughout this period but will take an alternate route around the construction zone and guests will be able to get a special glimpse of the project as it unfolds
• Lunch, food and drinks (not stated above) are not included. Any excess amount must be paid directly to vendors
• Child rate applies for children aged 5–14. Children aged 4 and under are considered to be infants and are free of charge but are still required to be listed when booking
• Please allow up to seven hours for this experience

• This tour requires a minimum of two adults (15+) to run. If you are a single traveller and other guests are not booked, Bush and Beach will be in touch to discuss your options. If minimum numbers are met, Bush and Beach will be in touch within 24 hours with a reconfirmation email

• Itinerary is subject to change depending on availability, weather and road conditions
• Bush and Beach cannot be held accountable for any tour cancellations or changes caused by weather conditions, road hazards, vehicle malfunctions, or other unexpected circumstances that may impede the scheduled tour. Bush and Beach retains the right to cancel or alter any trip due to uncontrollable factors, including but not limited to weather conditions, mechanical issues, as well as limited or unavailable parking on-site
