• Up to 7 days before your chosen date - 100%

• Up to 7 days after purchase - 100% Cancellations

• Cancellations made more 48 hours prior to tour date are eligible for a full refund

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of tour date, late arrivals and no-shows will incur a 100% cancellation fee of the full tour cost and are ineligible for a refund

• A full refund will be made available to participants in the event of a cancellation of the tour by Hunter Valley Horses due to adverse weather or any other unforeseen events

Important:

• Must be aged 13+ to ride
• If the tour is a surprise or a wedding proposal, please advise guides of the special occasion so that they can best co-ordinate with you to make it a special experience
• All riders must wear an Australian Standard helmet, which Hunter Valley Horses will supply and fit for each individual person. If you own a helmet and choose to bring it along, it must meet the Australian Standards and not be more than five years old

Terms & Conditions:

• Strict weight limit of 110kg for riders – this is for the welfare of the horses
• Participants must not be recovering from surgery, pregnant or have a recent injury
• Hunter Valley Horses reserves the right to change tours due to weather conditions or other operational considerations. The health and safety of the horses, staff and participants is paramount and the decision is not negotiable

• Maximum one redeemable per booking. Bookings for this offer are limited and subject to availability. Not valid with any other offer
• Entire value must be used in one visit; any unused portions will be forfeited, and cannot be used at a later date
