• Please check in at least 20 minutes prior to your cruise departure time. Boarding commences 15 minutes prior to cruise departure time
• During busy periods such as school holidays and weekends, please allow an extra hour for parking at the departure location

Important:

• Exclusions: Additional meals, snacks, hotel transfers and snorkelling
• Any additional personal expenses must be paid directly to vendor(s)
• Please note, this tour is operated on the same boat as a swimming tour. If you are not travelling with swimmers, the 90-minute Wildlife Adventure Cruise is recommended instead – this is the same tour, without the extended stops for swimming
• Parking can be found around the pier from A$1 per hour, outside the Sorrento Hotel, or in the underground car park at Italico free of charge
• Bookings are limited and subject to availability. Please book early to avoid disappointment
• Additional drinks are available for purchase from the onboard cafe, payable directly to Moonraker Dolphin Swims
• Vessel includes onboard toilet facilities, cafe, undercover seating, lounge area and multiple decks for optimal viewing
• Dolphin Guarantee: If you don’t see dolphins on your tour, you are welcome to cruise again within 30 days free of charge
• If you are travelling with small children or infants, please ensure your child will be okay for the duration of the cruise and you have sufficient formula (if required), nappies or items for the duration of the cruise. Hot water and a microwave are available and small prams are accepted onboard for your convenience
• Please allow up to three hours for this experience, including travel time

Terms & Conditions:

• Child rate applies for children aged 5–15. Children aged 4 and under are considered to be infants and are free of charge but are still required to be listed when booking. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult/guardian aged 18+ and must be supervised at all times
• Cruises are weather-dependent and may be cancelled or rescheduled at the discretion of Moonraker Dolphin Swims for passenger and crew safety
• Minimum numbers apply for tour to proceed. If a tour fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the trip may be cancelled or rescheduled
• Vessel is subject to change depending on availability
• Late arrivals and no-shows void offer

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before experience date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations made outside 48 hours of experience date: 5% cancellation fee applies (at vendor discretion)
• Cancellations within 48 hours of experience date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies
• Guests who miss the tour can re-book another tour with a 50% booking fee

Changes to Booking

• 48 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made. A 5% administration fee may apply to changes or amendments, at the vendor’s discretion
