• Children aged 4–15 travelling on a public day tour must be seated in an allocated seat and wear a seat belt
• In the event that Puffing Billy is cancelled due to high temperatures, extreme weather, or fire restrictions, a refund of $45 per adult and $22.5 per child will be issued.
