• From 7 days before your chosen date, onwards - Non-refundable
• Up to 7 days after purchase (and at least 7 days before your chosen date) - 100%
• Cancellations made more than 7 days before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 7 days of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to Booking

24 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made

• Wear weather appropriate clothing
• Wear comfortable shoes for walking

• Available every day: Depart 10.40am; ends by 2.10pm (approximately)
• Meeting point: Inside JR Ueno Station building (outside the JR Central Gate), near the entrance of Hard Rock Cafe (near the one on the other side of the bakery named ANDERSEN). Your guide will be holding an orange umbrella. See Google Maps link here
• End point: Central Gate of JR Ueno station
• Please be at the meeting spot five minutes before departure. Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer
• Bookings valid to 31 May 2025

• Dietary requirements: Due to the nature of creating a well-balanced and thoughtful gastronomy experience, many tasting tours are unable to accommodate certain dietary restrictions. Please contact Secret Food Tours prior to booking your tour to see if they can accommodate your dietary needs
• Set menu restrictions apply. Any additional personal expenses must be paid directly to the vendor(s)
• Tasting menu items are subject to change. All images and descriptions have been provided as an example only
• Please allow up to 3–3.5 hours for this experience, including travel time
• This is a walking tour. Please be prepared for up to one hour of easy walking and wear comfortable shoes

Terms & Conditions:

• Child rate applies for children aged 3–12. Children aged 2 and under are considered to be infants and are free of charge but are still required to be listed when booking. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a paying parent/adult guardian (18+)
• Must be aged 18+ to consume alcohol and provide valid ID upon request. Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult and an alternative soft drink will be provided
• There is one alcohol drink on this tour, but it can be easily replaced for a non-alcoholic option. Just inform your guide before your tour starts if you have any special requests. During the tasting, water is available in most of the food locations
• Maximum group size is 10 people per tour
• Tours proceed in most weather conditions. In the event of extreme inclement weather, Secret Food Tours reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a tour
• The itinerary is subject to change based on venue availability, weather, and other circumstances
