First up is Meganisi, a hidden gem of the area. With crystalline waters, secluded coves and lush landscapes, this sailor’s paradise welcomes you with the promise of sea cave swimming and snorkelling in the bay. Along the shore lie charming fishing villages such as Vathy and Spartochori, where a welcome dinner of fresh seafood awaits this evening.

Today, set sail to the smalls islands of Kalamos and Kastos, where you can dive into dazzling waters and swim in the incredible Ionian. During your time exploring these islands, you’ll uncover the charms of each tranquil anchorage and quaint village, set amid unspoiled natural beauty.
Continue your journey to the port of Lefkada, where you will berth for the night. Connected to the mainland by bridge, Lefkada is renowned for its stunning beaches, including the famed Porto Katsiki and Egremni, considered among the most beautiful in Greece.
Set a course for Parga and the promise of another exciting day.
Situated along the picturesque western coast of mainland Greece, Parga is a stunning northwestern town with turquoise waters, lush landscapes and plentiful rich history. An idyllic escape for travellers seeking the perfect blend of relaxation, adventure and cultural enrichment, this picturesque fishing village serves up tranquillity and a sunny atmosphere, with lively local tavernas serving fantastically fresh Greek food.
Today, cruise along the picturesque western coast of Greece on your way to Corfu, where you’ll stop at Sivota.
An enchanting escape from the mainland’s busy cities, Sivota’s verdant landscape and glassy waters frame its distinctive fishing village with effortless Ionian charm. By turns relaxing and invigorating, this popular spot is sure to deliver something special for every traveller thanks to its top-tier bay and spectacular views.
Today’s final destination is Corfu, where you’ll be met with exquisite beaches and captivating coves. Away from the shore, Corfu boasts opulent Venetian architecture and some 2,800 years of history to unearth.
Travel onward from Corfu to the twin treasures of Paxos and Antipaxos. Here, you’ll spend your time freely exploring shimmering shores and secluded coves, soaking up the scenery of these beloved Ionian islands.
Once you’ve docked, you can set about enjoying Paxos’ local markets and moreish cuisine. From sailing to swimming and numerous other water activities, your day is filled to the brim with exciting exploration.
Spend a full day discovering the traditional villages, olive groves and beautiful beaches on the isle of Paxos.
Sail around the island to the quaint fishing village of Lakka. Here, spend time at leisure and enjoy lunch, or return to the port of Gaios for the rest of the day.
Return to the catamaran this evening for a satiating meal onboard.
Sail out from Paxos on your way to Palairos once more, and the promise of countless delights to be found in the Southern Ionian. En route, stop for swimming, snorkelling and other activities in these pristine waters.
Looking ahead to the Southern Ionian islands, stop first at the ecological park of Porto Skrofa.
Anchoring offshore, you’ll disembark and make your way to the sprawling beach. Set on the vast stretches of sand, you’ll sit down to a delectable meal of fresh seafood at the park’s one and only restaurant, giving you plenty of time to breathe in that energising Ionian air.
Prepare for a day of historic discovery as you step back in time to the ancient archaeological site of Olympia, the birthplace of the Olympic Games. Here, you’ll explore the impressive archaeological remains of this millennia-old site, paying a visit to the fascinating museum and standing on the grounds where ancient Greek heroes displayed their athletic prowess. After, sit down to lunch at a local restaurant before returning to your vessel.
Back at sea, the winds carry you forward to the picturesque island of Zakynthos. From the island’s vibrant culture to its sea turtle nesting sites, there’s no shortage of wonders to uncover. Take your time wandering the charming towns, pay a visit to the hilltop Venetian Castle of Bohali or savour sumptuous local cuisine.
Sailing from the main port of Zakynthos, you’ll head south to the small port of Keri, where you’ll explore the mysterious caves and calm waters ideal for swimming and snorkelling.
Throughout the day, keep a look out for the giant ‘Caretta Caretta’ or loggerhead sea turtle, which swims through these peaceful seas.

Wake this morning to the promise of an unforgettable day visiting one of Greece’s most beloved beaches.
Instantly recognisable for its towering limestone cliffs and storied shipwreck, world-famous Navagio Beach has understandably earned the nickname ‘Shipwreck Beach’. Accessible only by boat, the bay gained international attention after the MV Panagiotis ran aground in 1980. Despite its seclusion, Navagio Beach is one of the most photographed beaches in the world, and for good reason.
Nearby, a boat trip through the Blue Caves of Zakynthos takes you through reverberant tunnels in the stone cliffs, where mesmerising shades of blue and green dance across the walls around you. A geological marvel, formed through years of erosion and underwater seismic activity, these unique rock arches are an excellent place to dive in and snorkel the translucent waters above a world of colourful marine life.
Later, arrive in Sami on the island of Kefalonia, where you’ll spend the night at anchor.
From Sami, take a short trip ashore to explore the nearby Melissani Cave, where a boat ride takes you to a jaw-dropping underground lake, dappled with the light of the sun overhead. Then, visit Drogarati Cave and wander between innumerable stalactites and stalagmites dating back some 150-million years.
Back on board your catamaran, you’ll spend an afternoon swimming and relaxing on deck before arriving in the beautiful port town of Vathy. Dating back to the 16th century, Vathy’s Venetian influence is easy to spot with tiled roofs and paved alleys aplenty.
This evening, walk or taxi to the beautiful bay of Filiatro where a hearty evening meal and the chance for a swim await.
Start the day with a swim at beautiful Afales beach on the island of Ithaca. Those seeking onshore exploration can choose to take a hike through the surrounding area, dotted with plentiful caves and striking cliffs.
Continue to Fiskardo, a picturesque harbour town full of Venetian architecture, colourful houses and cobblestone streets. With its bustling marina hosting numerous luxury yachts and waterfront tavernas, the decadent and delicious go hand-in-hand here.
Savour delectable seafood at a local taverna, explore boutique shops for unique souvenirs, or relish the laidback atmosphere for which Fiskardo is renowned.
From lush cypress forests to stunning beaches like Emplisi and Foki, as well as mysterious sea caves and sensational snorkelling, there’s plenty to do and abundant freedom to enjoy this must-see Kefalonia spot.
On your final day in the Ionian Sea, you’ll sail to Vathiavali Beach for a leisurely day of swimming and relaxation on the shore.
In the evening, sit down with your fellow seafarers for a farewell dinner at Senso Mare in Palairos, admiring stunning sea views and a spectacular mountain backdrop.
Disembark at 9am today and wave goodbye to the incomparable Ionian as your Greek odyssey comes to an end at Palairos Marina.
