Security deposit of EUR1000 per stay

Please note: This home requires full payment for the stay prior to check-in, guests will receive a message from the property with a secure payment link after booking. The lead guest must be at least 25 years old, they will check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a EUR1000 deposit which will be released once they confirm no damage was caused during your stay. This property is located on the 5th floor, accessible via an elevator, and does not have air-conditioning.

Damages: A record of the property’s condition may be documented during both arrival and departure. Guests must notify the property immediately of any damages that may occur during their stay.

House Rules: Guests must adhere to all applicable laws and regulations during their stay and ensure the property is left in a clean and orderly condition. Compliance with all house rules, including those related to pets and noise disturbance, is mandatory.
