Free cancellation: You can cancel your booking for Luxury Escapes credit up until 45 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your Luxury Escapes credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Please note this does not apply to insurance or flights booked with Luxury Escapes. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Valid for travel until 31 October 2023 (bookings must be made before 31 August 2023).

Surcharge: A non-refundable surcharge per room, per night, applies for certain dates and is payable at time of booking. Dates and prices are identified in the Booking Calendar.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for tour bookings and flights) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 21 days prior to the check-in date.

Compulsory Gala Event Surcharge: A compulsory Gala event surcharge applies on 24 December 2020 charged at 5500THB per adult (aged 12+) and 2750THB per child (aged 11 and under). A compulsory Gala event surcharge applies on 31 December 2020 charged at 6300THB per adult (aged 12+) and 3150THB per child (aged 11 and under). Surcharges are payable directly to the hotel.

Feel Like Changing your Dates? No worries… You can make one (1) change to the date of your booking provided the change is made no less than 45 days before the start of your original booking date and provided you choose dates which are of an equal value and are available. Any change to booking dates is subject to and must be made online in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. Change of date not applicable when package is purchased with flights.

Deluxe Room & Deluxe Poolside Room - Packages are valid for two adults.

Bedding configuration is one king or two queen beds in Deluxe Room; one king or Hollywood twins in Deluxe Poolside Room.

Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is two adults and two children (aged 11 years and under) OR three adults.

Extra Guest Policy: An additional guest (aged 12 years and over) may stay for a surcharge of AU$75 per night, sleeping on existing bedding or a rollaway bed with accommodation, daily breakfast and airport pick up only, payable directly to the resort.

Child Policy: Two children (aged 11 years and under) may stay free of charge, sleeping on existing bedding, with accommodation, breakfast and airport pick up only.

Baby Policy: One baby (aged one year and under) may stay free of charge and will count towards the room capacity. A cot can be provided free of charge by the resort. Subject to availability

Connecting rooms are available subject to availbility.

Dining inclusions do not include beverages (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.

All-Inclusive Dining: All-inclusive packages include daily buffet breakfast for all guests, daily two-course lunch for two adults, and nightly on-site dinners for two adults either buffet or a la carte (credit of THB 600) including one dinner at The Harbor restaurant. If guests wish to bring children to the degustation, the location will change to La Scala restaurant at Katathani Phuket Beach Resort.

Massages: Massages will take place in the garden. Must be shared separately between two adults and cannot be combined or exchanged for cash. Only valid for traditional Thai massage or foot reflexology massages.
