Free cancellation: You can cancel your booking for Luxury Escapes credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your Luxury Escapes credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Please note this does not apply to insurance or flights booked with Luxury Escapes. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Compulsory New Year’s Gala Dinner: For stays on 31 December, an additional surcharge of INR 4000 per person tax inclusive per adult (13+) and INR 2500 per person tax inclusive per child (6-12) applies for the compulsory New Year’s Gala dinner. Young children (under 6) are free of charge. Payable directly to the resort.
