• From 1 day before your chosen date, onwards - Non-refundable
• Up to 7 days after purchase (and at least 1 day before your chosen date) - 100%
• Cancellations made 24 hours before the departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations less than 24 hours before departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 50% cancellation fee applies

Changes to Booking

24 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made

• Minimum age for all tours is 6 years old
• All children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times
• This experience is not wheelchair accessible
• If you are not wearing white-soled shoes you will be asked to remove your shoes for the duration of the sail
