• Smoked Salmon Cronut: Sour cream, rocket and chives
• Crab Salad Brioche Roll: Fresh apple, lemon and spring onion
• Jamon and Cheese Donut: 5J Jamon, Saint André cheese and maple syrup
• Prosciutto Crisp: Gorgonzola, honey and thyme
• Cinco Jotas Iberico Jamon: Hand-sliced, tableside
