• Available from 23 April – 31 October: Tuesday – Sunday: 12pm–8pm
• Not valid: Mondays, special event days and selected holidays

• Please arrive 20 minutes prior to departure for check-in. Shuttle boats to Yona Beach are available every 10–15 minutes. Late arrivals or no shows voids offer
• Bookings valid to 31 October 2024

Important:

• Credit spend is valid for Beach Club Menu food and drinks only. Credit amount is per group, not per person. Any unused portions are forfeit and nonrefundable
• It may be possible to add some additional guests in each area, subject to availability. Each additional guest must buy a YONA Day Pass
• YONA Beach Club has a minimum entry age requirement of 14 years old for security reasons, and children below this age are not permitted on board
• Seating places and private areas (private bed or cabana etc.) cannot be guaranteed with YONA Day Pass holders. Please book a seating package for guaranteed seating
• The YONA experience is not recommended for those over 70 years old, or pregnant people
• Please consult your doctor before booking if you have any medical or physical disability, high blood pressure or heart condition
• Any additional purchases or personal expenses must be paid directly to YONA Beach Club
• Guests are not allowed to bring alcohol, soft drinks or food on board
• Pets are not allowed on board

Restaurant Terms & Conditions:

• Prices are inclusive of 7% VAT and 10% service charge
• Restaurant access is subject to availability, reservation is highly recommended. Restaurant access priority is given to customers with reservations
• Restaurant reservations require an additional entrance fee (not included), payable directly to YONA
• Reservation is subject to a 2 hours 15 minutes time limit

Terms & Conditions:

• Swimming in the sea around the boat and jumping off the cabana Balinese net bed is strictly forbidden
• Swimming at the pool is allowed at the guest’s own risk. YONA Beach Club can provide life jackets on board but in case the guest doesn’t use them, YONA Beach Club will not be held responsible for any incident that may occur
• Drugs and weapons are prohibited on board
• YONA Beach does not sail for safety reasons
• Alcohol will not be sold to minors under 21 years old. You must provide valid photo ID upon request
• Please do not take any unnecessary belongings or valuables items during the YONA experience, as the company will not take responsibility for any loss or damage
• The venue reserves the right to refuse entry, if in the view of the venue, the guests’ behaviour or dress code is unsatisfactory, or the guests are not following the boat rules, putting themselves and others at risk
• YONA Beach Club reserves the right to alter or cancel the day on board due to unforeseen circumstances such as equipment breakage or failure, weather, or water routes that are unsafe to operate in. Should the operator cancel your YONA Day experience, an alternative date will be offered, or you will receive a full refund
• Rooftop Lounge - Sofa option is available on Saturday & Sundays only.

Dress Code:

• Smart casual dress code applies
• Not permitted: Beer-branded singlets, cut-off clothing, or athletic sportswear

Cancellations:

• Cancellations made more than 72 hours before reservation date: A 10% set-up fee will be deducted
• Cancellations made between 24 and 72 hours before the reservation date: 50% refund of the fee
• Cancellations within 24 hours of reservation date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to Booking:

• 72 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made
