• Up to 7 days after purchase (and at least 1 day before your chosen date) - 100%
• For cancellations more than 24 hours before departure time: no cancellation fees apply
• For cancellations within 24 hours before departure time, late arrivals, or no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies and no refund applicable

Changes to Booking

24 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made

• Available every day: Selected departure times between 9am–2pm
• Departure point: 30 Main Road Franz Josef Glacier
• Bookings valid to 30 September 2024

Important:

• Please wear appropriate footwear for walking – water shoes, runners/trainers and/or light hiking boots are good options. Strictly no flip flops/sandals
• Swimming ability not required
• Please allow up to three hours for this experience
• Meals, drinks and hotel transfers are not included

Terms & Conditions:

• Tours require minimum numbers to operate. Franz Josef Wilderness Tours reserves the right to cancel tours if numbers are not met or in the event of adverse weather conditions
• Child policy: Must fit provided life jackets to be able to participate
• Tours proceed rain or shine. In the case of inclement weather, tours may be cancelled at the discretion of Franz Josef Wilderness Tours for participant and staff safety
• Wildlife sightings are by their nature, wild, and therefore cannot be guaranteed
