Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made more than 30 days before departure date: 0% cancellation fee applies
- Cancellations made 15 to 30 days before departure date: 25% cancellation fee applies
- Cancellations made 8 to 14 days before departure date: 50% cancellation fee applies
- Cancellations made within 7 days of departure date: 100% cancellation fee applies

- Please note, Masu seating can fit maximum four people. If there are more than three people in your group, you will need to purchase an extra booth. Due to high demand for this seating type, FleX Tours cannot guarantee you will be next to each other if you book multiple booths
